Lay trigger flat against top of can

Press inhaler cap to mouth with trigger pointing to chin and the notch under nose.

Depress trigger with thumb for 1 second at the beginning of breath and release. Continue inhaling without oxygen flow and complete full breath.

Repeat 5-10 times and then wait at least 10 minutes before subsequent use.

Repeat as required throughout the day.

Insert tube onto nozzle on top of can.

Place mask over mouth and nose and secure elastic at back of head.

Remove white protective cap from top of can.

Depress actuator button for 1 second at beginning of breath and release. Continue inhaling without oxygen flow and complete breath.

Repeat 5-10 times and then wait at least 10 minutes before subsequent use.

Repeat as required throughout the day.

Remove white protective tab from top of canister.

Insert tube onto nozzle on mask

Place mask over mouth and nose and secure elastic at back of head.

Insert other end of tube onto nozzle on top of green regulating valve.

Screw canister anticlockwise into regulating valve until you hear oxygen flow start. Screw tighter or looser to adjust flow. Take 8-10 breaths.

Unscrew canister clockwise out of regulating valve to stop flow.

Remove protective cap

Hold spray nozzle approximately 3 cm/1 inch from mouth.

3. Depress spray nozzle with finger for 1 second at the beginning of the breath and release. Continue inhaling without oxygen flow for a full breath.

Repeat 8-10 times and then wait at least 10 minutes before subsequent use.

Repeat as required throughout the day.
