When To use

How To Use

1. Point spray cap towards open mouth (approximately 3 cm/1 inch from mouth).

2. Depress actuator button for 1 second whilst starting the inhalation and then release the button and continue to inhale without oxygen flow for the rest of the breath.

3. Repeat 8-10 times and then wait at least 10 minutes before subsequent use.

Repeat as required throughout the day.
